The South Carolina Breakfast Club

Tut Underwood
SCETV

A good breakfast can sometimes be worth traveling for – if you’re a member of the South Carolina Breakfast Club.

The club is a group of pilots and aviation enthusiasts who meet for breakfast every two weeks – normal, right?  Except that these folks climb into a variety of aircraft and fly to airports all over the state to meet and eat, discuss aviation, see who’s flying what and check out who’ll have to sign the “prize” ball each meeting – for making the worst landing!  It’s all about fun, friendship and flying safely – and they’ve been doing it since 1938!
