No-Bake Energy Bars

Here is a great recipe for no-bake energy bars.
Mix one cup of quick-dried oats, 1/3 cup of dried tart cherries, 1/2 cup of all-natural peanut butter, 3 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Spread the mixture out in a pan and refrigerate for two hours. Then slice and enjoy! You’ll want to refrigerate your uneaten bars. These are great for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack and will help stabilize your blood sugar so you can avoid that midday slump!
