This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Elizabeth Mack about a rare complication of COVID-19 in children, called Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome or MIS-C. Dr. Mack is the Division Chief for Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at MUSC Children’s Health and she’s a spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Bobbi Conner has been producing and hosting public radio programs for over 30 years. She was the longtime host of the national Parents Journal public radio program. Conner has lived in the Charleston area for over twenty years.
