   This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Michelle Ziegler about a plan to train and also identify dentists in South Carolina who are skilled at providing dental care for adults with special needs.   Dr. Ziegler is a Clinical instructor in the Special Care Clinic at the College of Dental Medicine at MUSC.
