This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Concetta Maria Riva about the number of hours of sleep needed daily for school aged children and teens, with tips to establish good bedtime routines.  Dr. Riva is a Pediatric Sleep Specialist and Director of the Sleep Medicine Programat MUSC Children’s Health.

Bobbi Conner has been producing and hosting public radio programs for over 30 years. She was the longtime host of the national Parents Journal public radio program. Conner has lived in the Charleston area for over twenty years.
