This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Russell Blackwelder about monitoring and managing multiple medications for older adults with multiple chronic health issues. Dr. Blackwelder is an Assistant Professor and the Director of Geriatric Education for the Department of Family Medicine at MUSC.
