This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Michael Schmidt about the bacteria, viruses and fungi that make up the human microbiome, and its impact upon health.  Dr. Schmidt is a Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at MUSC and he is one of the hosts of the internationally recognized podcasts, This Week in Microbiology.
