Francisco Fullana shares the joyful, vital, and "insanely virtuosic" on Sunday

2018 Avery Fisher Career Grant winner teams up with bassist Xavier Foley and Chamber Music Charleston for a Sunday afternoon performance featuring works by Schubert and Bottesini.

In this Sonatas & Soundscapes interview that aired Friday, March 18th, host Bradley Fuller hears from violinist Francisco Fullana about the Giovanni Bottesini and Franz Schubert works he's performing for Chamber Music Charleston's Ovation Concert Series Finale on Sunday, March 20th, at 3pm. The two also discuss performance practice, recent recordings, Francisco's collaboration with Apollo's Fire, and his outreach through the Fortissimo Youth Initiative.
