It's an annual event in the Capitol City, citizens from around the state gather at the statehouse to honor the late Martin Luther King, Jr.  Russ McKinney reports on the events of the annual Martin Luther King Day at the Dome rally in Columbia.

Governor Dick Riley for two terms, and for 20 years was the chief public affairs officer for the University of South Carolina.
