Bombs fall on civilian targets in Kyiv, killing several people

As the war in Ukraine enters its fourth week, a shopping mall in the capital of Kyiv has been bombed and multiple casualties have been reported. Here & Now’s Scott Tong speaks with The Washington Post’s Siobhan O’Grady in Kyiv.
