One woman's efforts to avoid 'abortion deserts' in the Mountain West

Wyoming is among several states with trigger laws that would go into effect if Roe v. Wade is overturned. One woman is working to open the state’s only surgical abortion clinic as we anticipate a ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court.
