This week Bobbi Conner talks withDr. Sundar Balasubramanian about simple deep breathing exercises to help manage stress. Dr. Balasubramanian is an Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at MUSC. He grew up practicing yoga in India and is involved in research related to yogic breathing. He teaches breathing exercises at the Survivors' Fit Club and Healthy Charleston Challenge programs.
