Grace Balding and her family are getting ready for the arrival of their second baby boy. Grace is a stay-at-home mom, and her family temporarily has only one vehicle. This becomes a problem when Grace has to go to one of the many doctor’s visits she has scheduled with her OB/GYN.

A friend of Grace’s recommended the Babyscripts app as a solution to the problem. It’s an app designed for pregnant mothers to keep track of vital signs such as weight and blood pressure. It also sends that data straight to their doctor’s office and cuts down on the number of appointments they have to attend.

Dr. James Cowart of Prisma Health says that the app is a “natural progression with technology through medicine,” and says that the app creates a way for the mom to come in for less visits.
