Broadcasters Struggle Under FCC Crackdowns

Since the infamous "wardrobe malfunction" during the 2004 Super Bowl, broadcasters have come under increased scrutiny by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). NPR's Mike Pesca reports that newsrooms have begun to change practices based on that moment of partial nudity.
