Relieve Joint Pain

If you suffer from joint pain or arthritis, then you know how monumental small tasks can become.  There are some natural supplements you can use to reduce inflammation in your joints and help alleviate the pain.  Turmeric is a root known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can be found as a supplement or a powder that can be added many recipes.  Tart Cherry was found by researchers at the Oregon Health and Science University to have the highest anti-inflammatory properties of any food and can be found year round in dried, frozen and juice forms.  Fish oil and flax seed supplements are both common suggestions for joint pain, but if none of these are helping then consider adopting gluten free, or a wheat free diet.  Occasionally wheat allergies can manifest as joint pain and are often difficult to diagnose, so the best way to test your sensitivity to wheat is to cut it out of your diet and assess how you feel!
