Ginseng has been cultivated for thousands of years for its medicinal benefits, but it’s now endangered which makes it extremely valuable. In fact, even though Tennessee researchers have found a patch and are studying it, they won’t share the location.

Steve Haruch of the podcast “This is Nashville” at WPLN went out scouting with a ginseng researcher and reports.
