This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Chitra Lal about out circadian rhythm; our twenty-four hour internal clock that regulates cycles of alertness and sleepiness. Dr. Lal is an Associate Professor of Medicine and she’s a Sleep Medicine Specialist in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine at MUSC.
