  • An outside forensic audit released Wednesday found that the mysterious $1.8 billion accounting error in the state treasury two years ago was an accounting error.
  • The Department of Justice announced findings into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County. It said violence there was "pervasive, systematic, and commonplace.
  • President Biden will spend his final day in office in Charleston, South Carolina- worshipping at Royal Missionary Baptist Church an visiting the International African-American Museum.
