One person is in custody and charged in relation to the gunfire that occurred at a large bonfire in Blythewood.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced Wednesday an arrest stemming from a Halloween night shooting that left three people injured. The incident occurred during a bonfire at a Blythewood residence that investigators say drew more than 500 people.

Kyle Johnson, the father of the child hosting the bonfire, is charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Lott says surveillance video shows Johnson at a gas station buying drinks just a few minutes after the shooting happened.

Investigators have not made any arrests concerning who might be responsible for the gunfire. Johnson will have a bond hearing at 2 p.m. today at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
