The South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs (SCDCA) will continue its free weekly webinars.

This week's session will be hosted by Scott Cooke, the communications director for the agency, and will cover common consumer myths.

"There are plenty of misconceptions out there when it comes to consumer rights and responsibilities," the department said on its website.

The webinar will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21 and last until 11:30.
