Notre Dame announces plans for Lou Holtz's funeral

The University of Notre Dame has announced mass services for the late Lou Holtz.

Though the funeral will be closed to the public, The Mass at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart will be livestreamed online.

It will begin at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 16.

Holtz, who coached at Notre Dame from 1986 until 96, then at the University of South Carolina from 1999 to 2004, died on March 4 in Orlando. He was 89.
