Judge ALEX KOZINSKI is on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

Judge ALEX KOZINSKI is on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Since the 1970's he has had to make decisions on cases involving the death penalty.
