PAUL DUGUID (DO-good), co-author of –The Social Life of Information,— (Harvard Business School Press) helps us answer that question. DUGUID is a Research Associate in Social and Cultural Studies at the University of California, Berkeley and consultant at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center.
