The Bancroft family, which owns a majority stake in Dow Jones & Company, says they'll turn down media tycoon Rupert Murdoch's $5 billion bid for the company. Dow Jones is the publisher of The Wall Street Journal. Steve Tripoli of Marketplace talks with Madeleine Brand.
