The College Transition Connection's (CTC) programs for students with intellectual disabilities offers training in self sufficiency and more. In 2008, 3 students with intellectual disabilities entered a program designed for them at USC. In the fall of 2014, 100 students with similar handicaps were enrolled at five colleges and universities in SC. Learn more about the CTC from its Executive Director.
