This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Michael De Arellano about training teachers and helping children in Puerto Rico, in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.  Dr. De Arellano is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and he serves on the faculty at the National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center at MUSC.
