How is the Iran war impacting Palestinian life?

Several Palestinians have been killed by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank since Israel and the United States launched a war on Iran.

David Halbfinger, Jerusalem bureau chief for the New York Times, tells Here & Now that it appears the settlers are using the Iran war as a cover to get away with the violence.
