Dr. Eva Serber

This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Eva Serber about how a regular routine of exercise can help reduce feelings of depression and improve mood and overall emotional well-being.   Dr. Serber is a clinical Health Psychologist and Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Division of Bio-Behavioral medicine at MUSC.
