South Carolina Public media meteorologist Leslie Hudson explains why February remains one of the most dynamic times of year in the Palmetto State.
The “weather whiplash” coming this weekend stays with most of the State well into next week. Daytime highs will average a good 20-25° below averages from the High Country, Midlands and Lowcountry. With near or below freezing mornings lasting at least through mid week.
