A second victim of the October shooting that killed four and injured 20 is suing the establishment.

A Beaufort County woman filed a lawsuit against a St. Helena bar where four people died and 20 others were hurt in an Oct. 11 shooting.

The plaintiff, Sundeya Clark, alleges in her suit that Willie's Bar and Grill's operator, Willie Turral Food Services, was negligent. The suit states that alcohol was overserved and guests weren't protected.

The accused shooter, Anferny Freeman, 27, is charged with four counts of murder, one count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime and one count of aggravated breach of peace.

Clark's lawsuit claims Freeman walked in with a gun, was served alcohol, then opened fire on patrons. It says Freeman was overserved or served while already intoxicated prior to the incident.

Clark reported that she sustained serious injuries from the shooting.

This is the second lawsuit filed by a victim in this shooting incident.
