The current agreement between the insurance company and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is set to expire April 15.

Upstate Medicare patients with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System using Aetna have until the end of the month to switch plans. Patients have until March 31 to choose a Medicare plan that will be in network.

The contracts set to expire April 15 affect Aetna’s commercial and Medicare Advantage plans.

Spartanburg Regional has a list of steps its patients should follow to be sure their care is covered.
