After a large fire at a Winnsboro mattress facility last week, a Fairfield County farmer is suing the company.

MLILY, a mattress manufacturing company, is responding after a fire at its Winnsboro facility in Fairfield County.

In its Friday morning meeting, the Santee Cooper Board of Directors approved multiple motions to progress work on natural gas and nuclear energy units. The nuclear site is the VC Summer Nuclear Station in Jenkinsville.
