State Superintendent of Education Molly Spearman welcomes professionals and support staff to a new school year and articulates the newly developed Common Vision for all SC students. Also, the Director of the Office of Virtual Education, Bradley Mitchell, describes changes in the on-line learning system and announces registration dates for public, private and home schooled students.
