This week Bobbi Conner talks with Dr. Shannon Phillips about research related to monitoring and managing sickle cell disease symptoms in children. Dr. Phillips is an Associate Professor in the college of Nursing at MUSC, and the lead researcher on a study related to children with sickle cell disease.
