Public health officials worry that the mostly low-income and immigrant populations served by community health centers aren't getting proper health care and testing.

New County health rankings data from the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute puts Beaufort County as the healthiest county in South Carolina and Dillon County, the least healthy.
