S.C. House lawmakers vote Wednesday to pass the $600 million income tax cut bill to the Senate. The Governor supports the plan to lower tax brackets and consolidate others. The Senate has crafted their own plan.

Gary Simrill (R-York) on the $600 million tax cut recently passed by the chamber and other priorities for this legislative session.
