Clemson University to host inaugural Clemson Music Fest

Clemson University is proud to announce its collaboration with the City of Clemson and Southern Entertainment for the inaugural Clemson Music Fest.

To bring together students and residents, Clemson University has announced plans to host the inaugural Clemson Music Fest.

The university is collaborating with the City of Clemson and Southern Entertainment for the event which will take place April 19-20 at the Upper Intramural Fields.

T-Pain, Mt. Joy, and Two Friends are the headlining acts for the festival, more artists will be revealed at a later date.

“Clemson University aims to deliver the No. 1 student experience where every student thrives,” said Dr. Chris Miller, Vice President for Student Affairs at Clemson University. “The Clemson Music Fest will be the start of a new spring tradition on our beautiful campus.”

The artist lineup will feature Hip-Hop, Electric, Pop, and Indie music. Local food vendors, art installations, and interactive activities will be onsite to provide a complete experience for attendees.

“Clemson holds a unique charm, and we’re excited to collaborate with Southern Entertainment to introduce yet another exceptional festival to this esteemed city and university,” said Braxton Wilson of TRZ Management & Palmetto Entertainment.

“We are thrilled to partner with TRZ Management to bring this exceptional music festival to Clemson University,” said Bob Durkin, the festival organizer and co-founder of Southern Entertainment. “It’s not just about the music; it’s about creating lasting memories and fostering a sense of unity among the Clemson family.”

Clemson students and city residents will have exclusive early access to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the public on Wed. Feb. 21 at 8 a.m.

“As an alumnus of Clemson University, this opportunity to contribute feels truly significant. We eagerly anticipate showcasing national artists and bands at Clemson, marking the inception of a memorable event,” added Wilson.
