Republican Sen. Graham has been called on by Democratic candidate Annie Andrews to debate since securing the nomination. This would be Graham’s first public debate since the runoff election against Rep. Ralph Norman.
Graham accepted Andrews’ debate calls on Friday.
“I’m in,” she wrote on X. “On October 11, I will take the debate stage and expose Annie Andrews’ radical positions she’s spent the last year hiding from South Carolina families.”
Andrews responded on X the same day.
“Darline’s primary debate performance left voters with serious questions about whether she is prepared for the job,” she wrote. “Voters deserve to see us side-by-side and judge for themselves.”
The election is Nov. 3.
