The culinary trail from India to Greenville, SC
After obtaining a college degree in hospitality in India, our next guest struggled to find the job she wanted so she headed to the US and enrolled as a graduate student at the renowned culinary school, Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI which also employed her for the next 22 years. Since then, she and her husband decided to open an Oil and Vinegar franchise in the Upstate where she promotes healthy eating, education, and community involvement.
