Black Violin takes "Impossible Tour" to South Carolina

Violist and vocalist Wil Baptiste provides background on the classical-meets-hip-hop duo and previews concerts coming to Charleston and Greenville.

In this Sonatas & Soundscapes interview that aired Wednesday, February 9^th, Wil Baptiste of Black Violin joins host Bradley Fuller to share about the duo’s unique, genre-defying sound. The two also discuss Black Violin’s outreach efforts, their 2019 Grammy-nominated album Take the Stairs, and the group’s current tour, which includes shows at Charleston’s Gaillard Center on February 11^th and Greenville’s Peace Center on February 17th.
