Spring arrives with longer days, warmer weather, and something schools know well: spring fever. Students get restless and teachers can feel like they’re sprinting to the finish.
The solution is not more pressure. It’s a smarter rhythm.
In classrooms, keep routines tight, add short breaks, and build lessons that are hands on and collaborative, so energy has somewhere to go.
At home, parents can help kids re-set with making sure kids are getting a good night’s sleep, eating well and getting enough activity. Spring fever is contagious, but it can be managed with structure so students can finish the school year strong.
